Cancellation for our trips is 48 hours prior to scheduled trip date and time. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable without 48 hours notice of cancellation. If we would need to cancel the trip due to weather, your payment would be refunded, or you can reschedule your trip with us for a different date and time.

SpaceX Launch Tickets will not be refunded if a delay/scrub is officially announced after boat/passengers have left the dock. Tickets will be considered used and will no longer be refunded or transferred for another date or time.
